James was born in Shanghai, raised in Japan and studied at Harvard Business School. He worked in Hong Kong for 6 years and Japan for 8 years as senior vice-president of Jardine Matheson. Before setting up Intralink in 1990, he was a divisional managing director of a UK-listed company with extensive manufacturing, marketing and international sourcing interests. Over 20 years he has built Intralink into a specialist organisation delivering results for industrial, consumer and technology focused companies in four of the most important economies in Asia - China, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan. He was a trade advisor to the British Government for over 10 years.

Gregory Sutch

Greg was brought up in Japan and educated in the UK. After reading Japanese at the University of Sheffield, he worked in Japanese local government and then the airline industry before joining Intralink as its general manager in Tokyo in 1996. He spent 10 years working in the company’s Tokyo office, growing the team from two to ten and delivering work for clients across a broad range sectors. In 2001, he set up the company’s operation in Shanghai, followed by similar operations in South Korea and Taiwan. In 2005, he relocated to Shanghai and three years later to the UK. In 2010, he was appointed group CEO and in 2011 led a successful debt-financed management buy-out.

Today Greg leads a team of almost 80 full-time employees across seven offices in Europe, Asia and the United States. The company continues to offer its business development and consultancy services to Western clients expanding in Asia, and more recently to Asian companies expanding in the West. Greg is a fluent Japanese speaker and is based in the company's UK-based head office.

Alan Mockridge

Alan Mockridge

President, North America

Alan has over 22 years experience working in and with North America and Asia. Originally from the UK, he was based in Japan for 16 years, and prior to joining Intralink, he spent five years with a Toyota-group spinout coordinating multi-vendor projects for international automotive OEMs.

Alan established Intralink America Inc in 2008 when he relocated to Silicon Valley. He is now responsible for promoting Intralink's services to North America-based technology companies, and government agencies.

Jeremy Shaw

Jeremy Shaw

Executive Vice-President, Asia

Jeremy graduated from the Australian National University with a specialist degree in Asian Studies. He has worked in and with Asia for 21 years, including work with the Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.

Jeremy has managed Intralink’s offices in China, Korea and Japan and worked in the mobile communications and digital broadcast sector, licensing and selling base station/transmitter/backhaul/network and handset software, components and systems to operators, OEMs and systems integrators.

Peter Nolan

Peter Nolan

Non-Executive Director

Professor Peter Nolan CBE is the Chong Hua Professor of Chinese Development at the University of Cambridge and Director of the University’s Centre of Development Studies. He received his BA degree from the University of Cambridge and his PhD from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. He holds an honorary doctorate from the Copenhagen Business School.

In its January 2000 report on the China Big Business Programme, The Financial Times commented, "Peter Nolan knows more about Chinese companies and their international competition than anyone else on earth, including in China."

Robert Jelski

Robert Jelski

Non-Executive Director

Robert worked in R&D at HP’s telecom division and as European Marketing Manager at National Semiconductors before joining Eurotherm (now part of Schneider Electric). After a time at the Danaher Group, he joined private equity firm 3i in 2000, where he participated in over 30 new investments, including four of the company’s first mainland Chinese ventures. Since 2007, he has been a venture partner with Capital-E in Belgium and Idinvest in Paris.

Robert has a BSc in Electronic Engineering, an MSc in Telecommunications & Control and an MBA from INSEAD. In addition to his native English, he is a fluent French and German speaker.

Simon Bragg

Simon Bragg

Non-Executive Director

Simon is Founder and Chief Executive of JSB Energy Partners Limited. He was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive of Stifel Europe. Stifel acquired Oriel Securities in 2014, which he founded and launched in 2002. Prior to this role, Simon worked at HSBC Investment Bank, Cargill Financial Markets and Hoare Govett. He has over twenty years' experience in financial services, helping companies and investors to be successful. He is a director of JP Morgan American Investment Trust PLC. Simon graduated from Imperial College, London with a degree in Chemistry and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG).
