Intralink Clients Lead the Way in Tech Track 100

Oxford, UK — Four of the top fifteen fastest growing technology companies in the UK have selected Intralink to support their activities in Asia.

This week the Sunday Times published the “Tech Track 100”, a listing of the UK’s one hundred fastest growing technology companies. Four of the top fifteen companies have appointed Intralink to develop and implement their strategies in Asia, illustrating the growing importance of the region as a market and source for their products and services, as well as the increasing role of Intralink in supporting UK companies to enter and succeed in the Asian marketplace.

At No. 5 in the list, ZBD Solutions, a spin-out from UK defence company Qinetiq, designs and supplies ultra low power LCD screens used for electronic labels in supermarkets. The No.10 spot is taken by London-based Unruly Media, which enables companies’ video advertisements to go viral online. At No 12 is telecoms company Ubiquisys, whose miniature cellular base stations result in better voice quality, higher data performance and longer battery life. And at No. 14 is Evance Wind Turbines, which develops, manufactures and markets small wind turbines into a diverse range of clients from farms to schools.

Intralink supports these companies through its bilingual teams in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan by providing a physical, in-country presence to deliver visibility and generate revenues or reduce costs.

Other Intralink clients in the top 100 are Oxfordshire-based P2i, which protects smartphones with a unique liquid-repellent nanocoating, and Cambridge firm OpenCloud which helps telecoms operators manage calls and data.

Intralink CEO Greg Sutch commented: “Asia is a must-have piece in the jigsaw for technology companies looking to deliver on the global stage. We are delighted that so many have chosen Intralink to help develop and implement their strategies in this part of the world.”
