The UK's Department for International Trade (DIT) recently commissioned Intralink to produce a practical guide on accessing Korea's e-commerce market. Drawing on the views of industry insiders and selected case studies, the report highlights the opportunities for brands interested in Korea, including a step-by-step guide for developing a multi-channel strategy in this market. The report was written by Intralink’s retail team, led by Michal Waszkiewicz Director at Intralink Korea. 


South Korea’s e-commerce market is expanding fast and offers western retailers and brands huge opportunities. With rising disposable incomes, a technologically savvy and increasingly outward-looking population, and an internet and mobile telecommunication infrastructure that is among the best in the world, Korea is at the forefront of both domestic and cross-border e-commerce trends.
