Amorim Revestimentos is a Portuguese cork solutions manufacturer. Intralink was tasked with analysing the market, including the activities of existing partners and the regulatory environment. The aim was to be more competitive in the market as well as increase visibility.
In the first stage, Intralink spoke to numerous stakeholders, partners, competitors and regulators to gain a full picture of the opportunity and identify potential barriers. In the second stage of the project, Intralink focused on developing an on-going strategy, including practical steps, costs and timelines for implementation.
We provided extensive market and partner analysis and recommended strategies that would boost Amorim’s sales and product awareness in Korea. During the course of the project Amorim secured its largest order ever in Korea and is working on several others as a result of Intralink's work.
