Oxford, UK — Prosper Distribution Limited, the Midlands and Aberdeen-based manufacturer of special bolts for subsea, petrochemical and power generation industries, has been acquired by French company Beck Industries. Prosper, which appointed Intralink in a management role to oversee the expansion of its testing and logistics operations in mainland China, will form a new group with Beck Industries that will have combined revenues of €65 million.
