Office administrator - Japan

The job

As an Office Administrator, you'll support all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations and administration in its office in Nishi-Shinbashi.

Candidates should have full Japanese proficiency with fluent spoken and written English with approximately 1 year of working experience.

The successful candidate with work alongside and support the activities of the Managing Director, Finance Manager and 30 Japanese-speaking project directors and project managers.

The Intralink Tokyo office is a bilingual working environment located close to Shimbashi Station. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with English ability to join an energetic team in Tokyo assisting overseas companies enter the Japan high-tech market.

Job highlights

  • Remuneration: JPY3.6-4.5m (commensurate with experience)

  • Hours: 9:00 - 18:00

  • Annual Leave: 20 days plus national holidays

  • Hybrid office/remote

Your responsibilities will include:

General Administration

  • Keeping stock of office supplies

  • Managing the front desk by answering calls and emails as well as greeting guests

  • Renewing contracts relevant to work place

  • Making reservations for transportation, accomodation, and restaurants for visiting executives

  • Organising physical/digital files

  • Posting documents and cards

HR

  • Keeping record of time sheets and paid leaves

  • Arranging annual health checkups

  • Supporting staff on/offboarding

  • Updating the Company Registration
