We've selected four innovative UK tech companies to receive Government support from the UK-APAC Tech Growth Programme to accelerate their plans for expansion in Japan. The companies offer a range of technologies identified as of interest to Japanese corporations.

We’re happy to have helped our Boston-based plant cell technology client Ayana Bio sign a seven-figure dollar development agreement in South Korea – with Wooree Green Science, part of Korea’s Wooree Bio conglomerate.

Last week, seven British semiconductor technology companies flew to Seoul for Semicon Korea 2024 – where we set up 51 one-to-one meetings with Korea’s biggest players in the industry as part of the UK-APAC Tech Growth Programme.

We’re proud to have been selected to drive growth in Japan for UK scaleup Pragmatic Semiconductor, following the £182 million venture investment the company secured in December.

Last week, our Korea team hosted a Christmas charity auction with Oxfam to raise money to support Bangladesh, which is highly vulnerable to the impact of climate change. Featuring items donated by our employees, the auction raised more than £3,000 (5 million KRW). The proceeds will go towards rebuilding Bangladesh’s infrastructure as it has suffered the worst flooding in 122 years.
