The company specialises in laparoscopic surgical devices, with its ArtiSential range designed to support surgeons in minimally invasive procedures. It is pursuing growth in international markets and looking to establish local distribution partnerships to expand access to its products.
As part of the initiative, we will assess the distribution landscape in Malaysia and the Philippines and identify companies with the capabilities and commercial reach to supply LivsMed’s products.
Our focus will be on finding established distributors with relevant market knowledge, customer networks and access to the healthcare professionals needed to support the adoption of laparoscopic surgical technologies.
Our in-market teams in Malaysia and the Philippines will build a long list of potential distributors before engaging directly with the most suitable candidates. We will qualify each opportunity based on commercial interest and strategic fit.
The initiative will then move from market mapping to direct engagement, arranging meetings between LivsMed and qualified distributor candidates.
These discussions will give both sides an opportunity to assess the commercial potential of a partnership and determine how LivsMed’s offering could be positioned in each market.
For our Korean client, this will provide a structured route into the two markets. Our on-the-ground presence will enable us to draw on our networks in each country, reach target distributors directly and gather market feedback.
