What kind of personal information do we deal with?

We process basic personal data for our business contacts which may typically include your name, organisation, contact details and information about your use of our web site. We may obtain these details from you directly or from third parties or other sources. 

We process personal data for our employees as is necessary for them to work for us. 

Usage information for our web site is collected via cookies and monitored through Google Analytics (more on this below). 

How do we use this data and on what legal grounds?

We use basic personal data of our business contacts to reply to any enquiries or requests to send information, to help us deliver business services to you or to enable us to use your services. 

We may also use it to send you news and information which we think may be of interest to you, including by email, or to contact you to see if we can provide you with useful services. 

We collect personal information to monitor how our web site is used so we can improve it. We may process details for journalists and other industry influencers so we can get in touch with news or information we think may of interest to them.

If we are given personal data by our clients, suppliers or partners, we treat it with care and respect any appropriate confidentialities.

We carry out all the above cases of data processing in a reasonable, proportionate way and on the grounds of our legitimate interests in managing and marketing our business professionally.

We keep personal data for as long as we believe it may be useful to our business and remains up-to-date.

We will never sell your personal data and we will not share it with third parties unless the third parties have a need to know the information for the purposes of our providing contracted services; sharing the personal data complies with this Privacy Notice and, if required, we have obtained your consent; and the transfer complies with any applicable cross border transfer restrictions. 

We take all reasonable measures to keep the data we hold secure and our employees practise a high level of professional discretion.

Data access, correction & deletion

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request adjustments if it’s not accurate or ask us to delete it or remove it from servers in the UK.
