Ex-Oriel Securities boss Simon Bragg joins Intralink Board

Intralink has appointed Simon Bragg as non-executive director. Formerly Chairman and Chief Executive of Stifel Europe, Simon founded Oriel Securities in 2002 and sold the business to Stifel in 2014. Prior to this role, he worked at HSBC Investment Bank, Cargill Financial Markets and Hoare Govett.

James Lawson, Chairman of Intralink, said, “I am delighted to welcome Simon to the board. With over twenty years' experience in helping companies and investors to be successful, I am sure he will make a valuable contribution as we work with our clients to develop and implement their strategies for new markets in East Asia.”

Simon said, “Intralink has a proven track record of helping companies succeed in export markets. In an increasingly global economy, it is essential that many more businesses develop new markets around the world. I look forward to working with Intralink and our clients to make this a reality.”

Simon graduated from Imperial College, London, with a degree in Chemistry and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Peat Marwick Mitchell (KPMG). He is a director of JP Morgan American Investment Trust PLC and a member of the Financial Conduct Authority’s Wholesale Markets Panel.
