Amorim Revestimentos is a Portuguese cork solutions manufacturer. Intralink was tasked to look into the market, the activities of their partners and the regulations surrounding their product. Their aim was to be competitive in the market as well to increase visibility.
In the first stage, Intralink spoke to numerous stakeholders, partners, competitors and regulators to gain a full picture of the opportunity and identify potential barriers. In the second stage of the project, Intralink recommended an on-going Korea strategy, including practical steps, costs and timelines for implementation.
Intralink provided extensive market, partner analysis and recommended strategies that would boost Amorim’s sales and product awareness in Korea. During the course of the project Amorim secured its largest project ever in Korea and is working on several other as a result of Intralink's work.
