Software & Cloud
We can help sell your solutions into high-growth markets embracing digital transformation.

The digital transformation boom around the world is creating unmissable growth opportunities for software & cloud companies.
The logistics, retail and manufacturing sectors, for example, are investing heavily in cloud-based IoT platforms, IoT security, AI/ML for predictive maintenance and operational efficiency, and XR and 3D modelling software for training, inspection and asset management.
Government-led smart city initiatives are in full swing, harnessing sensors and Big Data for applications including urban planning, traffic management, autonomous driving, renewables integration and EV/hydrogen fuelling. And municipalities need AIoT-based solutions to monitor critical infrastructure and improve public safety.
Meanwhile, digital health, agriculture, education, banking, ecommerce and teleworking solutions are all in increasing demand because of societal shifts.
And companies and government agencies in many nations are turning to overseas specialists for help.
We’ve worked with a wide range of software vendors and service providers in all these sectors, implementing international business development programmes and securing strategic partnerships.

Client stories
AI company
While the UX testing market in Korea hadn’t fully taken off yet, we quickly managed to demo Evolv’s product to some of the country’s top ecommerce players.
The initial interest we uncovered led to GS Shop (one of Korea’s top 5 ecommerce platforms) becoming Evolv’s first major customer in the market – a deal we signed in under 4 months.
LF Corp (fashion company, LG Group spin-off) became the 2nd major client soon after.
IoT company
mnubo, a Montreal-based IoT analytics company, had secured its first Japanese client, ITSCom. But it needed to scale its Japanese operations quickly to provide support on the ground, close leads and build a healthy pipeline.
Despite relatively low cloud adoption and other systemic issues, we helped mnubo secure sales with Johnson Controls-Hitachi, Yanmar, NS Solutions and iTSCOM, recruited local staff and organised its first ‘AIoT Summit’ in Tokyo - attended by over 150 industry executives – putting the firm in a strong position to operate independently in Japan.
We then moved our focus to Korea, targeting companies in the smart factory field, prior to and after mnubo’s acquisition by Aspen Technology.
Dev tool company
Eggplant appointed us to identify new revenue opportunities and expand its partner network in Japan.
In just four months, we secured Marubeni Information Systems as its new local distributor, which greatly increased the firm’s profile and sales.
Over the next three years, we continued to manage and support Eggplant’s Japanese partner and distribution network, managing multiple conferences and events and helping close major deals.
