Client stories
Toy franchise
The legendary London toy store knew Japan was a key new market but - to get it right - it needed the right partner.
While many wanted Hamleys’ business, Bandai Namco soon emerged as the best fit. The subsequent negotiations and business modelling were tough, but very much worth it in the end …
Seafood exporter
Lisbon-based Cofaco wanted to bring its 50-year history of seafood excellence to Korea, but needed the right partner.
Not only did we find and appoint the best distributor available but built relationships with top retailers, solidifying the company’s long-term Korea market strategy and securing first orders in record time.
FMCGs
After successfully expanding in Europe and the US, the makers of WaterWipes set their sights on Korea and Japan.
The unique characteristics of each market called for a careful partner selection process. Our teams went a step further - securing the right partner AND the partners' commitment to their first bulk orders.
Today, WaterWipes can be found on the shelves of many major grocery stores and supermarkets in the region.
