It was a natural decision to hire Intralink’s stellar team for the third time since 2000 - to drive Seismic’s entry in South Korea and China.
In 30 years’ chemical industry experience, I’ve never seen a company start from scratch and achieve such impressive results in a short amount of time.

Client stories
Electronic components
Amantys wanted to explore opportunities in China with local and global companies using high voltage inverters.
We were tasked with building a sales pipeline, developing commercial opportunities and closing large-scale commercial deals with lead customers.
In addition to securing multiple mass production deals for railway/subway inverters across China, we also established a network of channel partners to focus on second and third-tier targets.
Amantys was ultimately aquired by MR and we supported MR with its China business for a period of time.
Photonic printing
DataLase tasked Intralink with engaging leading Japanese laser manufacturers and to drive direct sales with large/strategic end-customers across consumer goods/packaging.
We supported Datalase in developing its relationship with SATO and secured a 7-figure investment. We then supported Datalase in defining and negotiating the key terms of an acquisition by SATO.
Advanced materials
Goodfellow is a supplier of speciality and niche advanced materials. The company had a failing network of distributors in Japan and Korea and appointed Intralink as its local representative to manage its partners and improve results.
We sized and segmented the market, studied the competition and identified alternative distribution channels. We ultimately advised Goodfellow to terminate relations with its existing partners and appoint new ones. In parallel, we advised Goodfellow to upgrade and localise its online presence. As the local face of Goodfellow, we attended related conferences and engaged with strategic end-customers.
Ultimately we've driven significant year-on-year revenue increases as well as greater awareness of the Goodfellow brand across the industrial ecosystem.
