Europe
Our teams in the UK, France, Germany, Finland, Poland and Italy can help you grow revenues in the European market.

With our headquarters in the UK and offices in France, Germany, Finland, Poland and Italy, we are ideally positioned to help you do business across Europe.
The European Union is the world’s largest trading block and, together with the UK, Norway and Switzerland, leads the way in many key sectors and areas of scientific research.
However, if you want to enter the market, it is a complex and culturally-diverse region that requires careful planning and a local presence to identify and engage your customers, partners and other stakeholders.
Whether you’re a large corporate seeking to invest in Europe’s thriving innovation ecosystem, a scaling company seeking new markets, or a government agency looking to grow your exports or attract inward investment, we can help you.
Intralink's capabilities are extremely valuable to our long-term strategy-building due to the firm's strong connections in the European ecosystem.
Intralink has conducted tech scouting projects for us since 2019. We feel reassured to have them as a partner to support our innovation activities in Europe.

Innovation programme
TOTO is the largest bathroom equipment manufacturer in the world. To stay competitive, TOTO needed to venture outside its comfort zone and create new businesses, focusing on sustainability. And the way it chose to achieve it was through engaging innovative companies in Europe.
We were appointed to spearhead the programme and we supported TOTO along the journey, from initial ideation to selection of target companies, setting up interviews and organising roadshows across major Europe innovation hubs including London, Oxford and Paris.
We identified hundreds and shortlisted dozens of companies with promising technologies and solutions, multiple of which are now running pilot programmes and proof of concept (PoC) projects with TOTO's engineering and business teams, looking at commercialisation opportunities.
At key milestones, we provided our client with deeply researched reports and strategic recommendations, and we maintain close relationships with the company's management in Japan, continuing to provide advice on business direction and potential partners.
On-chip debug
ENEOS, one of Japan's largest and oldest oil companies, appointed us to investigate the state of innovation in the European and North American microgrid markets as part of its ESG strategy overhaul.
Our task was to help ENEOS learn from successful microgrid deployments and to outline short, mid and long-term strategic sustainability recommendations.
Over the course of 16 weeks, our team analysed the overarching trends, the key players and the global supply chain structure – focusing on hardware, software and new business models. We looked at successful case studies across the UK, Germany, Denmark and the USA, and analysed local policies, regulations and pricing structures. We summarised this in a strategy report, and listed 25 startups with which ENEOS could collaborate.
Cashless payment ecosystem
Japanese IT giant Fujitsu appointed us to support its innovation programme exploring new fintech business models and technologies. We were asked to identify and facilitate discussions with top European startups and partner organisations in the space.
We used our extensive network to secure face-to-face meetings for Fujitsu and its partners – over a four-day visit – with 14 organisations in the UK, Germany and Denmark.
At the end of the visit, we organised a panel discussion with UK fintech industry experts. We also facilitated one-on-one workshops to help the client delegation zero-in on consumer trends and opportunity areas in the 'cashless society' space in order to refine its innovation strategy further.
