Intralink Gold Sponsor at major pan-Asia IP event in Tokyo

Intralink
Quick navigation

On 18-20 November, Intralink will join the powerhouses of the APAC region’s intellectual property industry in Tokyo for IPBC Asia as Gold Sponsors of the event.

We are very happy to continue our long-standing relationship with the IPBC conference series across Asia, the grand finale of which this year will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Tokyo. Last year, over 650 attendees from 27 countries joined the delegates of the 'who’s who' of IP owners and experts from Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea and India. This year we expect it to be even bigger – with three days of networking and discussions designed to elevate IP strategies, foster connections and drive deals.

Intralink has a long and successful track record of working with IP service providers and patent owners across a range of sectors, where we supported the development and execution of their commercialisation strategies. We have senior relationships within the IP and licensing groups at all the major corporates, which allows us to help innovative companies to monetise their IP across Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. We support buying, selling or licensing patents as well as work with IP service, management software and analytical tool companies to drive international sales of their solutions.

Our global Intellectual Property Practice is proud to have:

  • Secured licensing deals worth millions of dollars for multiple clients with Japanese companies in the telecommunication space
  • Licensed repellent nano-coating technology to two of China’s top three smartphone manufacturers, generating millions of dollars in royalties and expanding our client’s customer base to multiple OEMs
  • Secured services deals across the globe for patent filing, translation and tear-down providers

Registration for IPBC Asia is still open and our Tokyo team will be there – including our Head of Practice, Will Jasprizza, who will also be moderating a panel discussion titled 'Proactive protection: rapid response to trade secret threats'.

We hope to see you there.
