Government & NGOs

Jonathan heads up our global government services team. Originally from the UK, he's been based in Korea since 2004. He has helped hundreds of companies across a wide range of sectors to enter the markets of East Asia and he supported Asia-focused trade promotion and FDI attraction programmes for many countries, states and regions .

Jonathan sits on the board of the British Tech Advisors (B.TA), a Singapore-based organisation linking UK technology founders & investors across the Asia Pacific, as well as the British Chamber of Commerce in Korea (BCCK) .

Richard heads up our Government & NGOs team in Asia Pacific. He has overseen the trade promotion activities of many US states and Canadian provinces - including Missouri, Washington and Alberta - as well as the national EDOs of Israel, Canada and the Republic of Ireland. He's also the current president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan (BCCJ). Prior to Intralink, Richard worked for UK Trade & Investment, helping British companies to develop their business interests in Japan and Japanese companies to expand their operations in the UK.

Micah heads our Governments & NGOs team in North America. He joined Intralink in 2015 and was based in our Shanghai office for more than eight years. During his time in China, he served as the local representative for numerous US states, spearheading their FDI and trade initiatives in the country. He has also led projects for European and APAC EDOs in the region. Micah moved back to the US in 2023 and is located in Virginia.

Alex leads our Governments & NGOs team in EMEA and has commercial oversight of our all our Europe and Middle East client engagements. As a Japanese speaker, he was formerly based in our Tokyo office where he developed and implemented market expansion strategies across a range of sectors, including semiconductors, telecommunications, and enterprise software. He has worked in and with Asia for the past 30 years.
